Ajay is an NITian with 6 years of teaching experience. Having built upon his passion in teaching especially JEE aspirants, Ajay started with his teaching career in 2011 with a reputed coaching institute, Anand Kumar classes. Ajay has been mentoring students from the foundation level to JEE Advance level. He has also worked as an assistant professor with reputed engineering colleges of Pune. During his association with Pune University, Ajay produced highest passing result across all colleges under Pune University during 2018-19. He has also published two research papers in Scopus indexed journals as part of his undergoing PhD research work.
His vast experience in teaching and analysing the weak points of students connects him easily with students and help them to enhance their knowledge and confidence.
